Returns & Refunds

At Worlds Apart, every order is packed with care. If something arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as expected, please contact us so we can make it right.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition
  • In the original packaging, when possible
  • Returned with proof of purchase or order number

To start a return, contact us at contact@worldsapartstudio.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@worldsapartstudio.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos of the damaged item, packaging, or incorrect item

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Digital products or downloadable content
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Items damaged after delivery due to handling, storage, or use

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Exchanges

We may offer exchanges for eligible items when inventory is available. If the item is no longer available, we may offer a refund or store credit.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they have shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it must go through the return process above.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at contact@worldsapartstudio.com with your order number. We will review the tracking information and help determine the next step.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Worlds Apart is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
