Shipping Policy

At Worlds Apart, each order is packed with care to help your artwork, prints, stickers, and goods arrive safely.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days after payment is received.

Processing time does not include weekends, holidays, or carrier transit time. During busy seasons, markets, product launches, or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.

If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order, shipping address, and selected shipping method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the order is canceled before shipment or the issue was caused by an error on our part.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States.

Delivery times vary depending on your location, selected shipping method, and carrier delays. Once your order has been shipped, delivery speed is controlled by the shipping carrier.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after your shipping label has been created.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Worlds Apart is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the package.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, Worlds Apart is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or delivery issues outside of our control.

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at contact@worldsapartstudio.com with your order number. We will review the tracking information and help determine the next step.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@worldsapartstudio.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

Shipping Materials

Prints and artwork are packaged with care using protective materials appropriate for the item size and order type. Packaging may vary depending on the products ordered.

Cancellations Before Shipping

Orders may be canceled before they have shipped. Once an order has shipped, it must follow our return and refund policy.
